Requirements: — 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in web/mobile development projects; — Experience preparing technical documentation (scope, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows); — Upper-Intermediate+ English, written and spoken (for client communication and international tender participation); — Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and project discovery phases; — Familiarity with UI/UX principles and User Interface Guidelines (iOS, Android, Web); — Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders; — Ability to coordinate multiple processes: discovery, proposal preparation, and tender documentation; — Experience with Time & Material & Fixed Price contract formats.
Responsibilities: — Conduct discovery sessions with clients to gather business and technical requirements; — Analyze and translate client needs into clear documentation (user stories, scope documents, feature lists, workflows); — Prepare the technical part of proposals and tender submissions, ensuring compliance with RFP/RFI requirements; — Collaborate with developers, QA, and architects to define the best technical approach for each project; — Coordinate and prepare supporting documentation for EU/international tenders (with finance and legal teams); — Support pre-sales activities: develop presentations, proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation; — Maintain a structured checklist of required tender/grant documents (technical offer, CVs, portfolio, cover letters, compliance forms); — Assist in preparing Proof of Concepts (PoC) or prototypes when required; — Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs; — Ensure transparent communication between clients, team, and leadership.
As a plus: — Experience with RFP/RFI processes and proposal development; — Previous involvement in preparing EU/international tender or grant documentation; — Knowledge of Lean Startup methodology; — Understanding of API integrations, cloud solutions, and software architectures; — Proficiency with diagramming and collaboration tools (BPMN, UML, Figma, Miro); — Familiarity with ClickUp; — Product-based mindset; — Experience with analytics tools (Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
