We’re looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist with at least 6 months of experience in LinkedIn outreach, who is eager to learn, grow, and achieve results. What you will do: * Profile Development: Optimize LinkedIn personal and company profiles to increase conversion., * Tools Usage: Work with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist and other tools. You already have basic knowledge, and we’ll help you maximize efficiency., * Prospect Research: Identify and research potential leads and create targeted lists., * Personalized Outreach: Craft and send personalized LinkedIn messages to start conversations., * Lead Qualification: Conduct initial assessments to check if a lead is a good fit., * Workflow Execution: Follow a clear and proven flow while contributing ideas for improvements., * Professional Growth: Develop your skills in communication, research, and analytics to quickly grow into a Mid-level specialist.,
Requirements: * Minimum 6 months of experience in LinkedIn lead generation., * Understanding of website development processes., * English level B2 (ability to write clear, correct messages)., * Good knowledge and hands-on practice with tools (Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Apollo or similar)., * Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking processes., * Strong motivation to learn and achieve results, not just complete routine tasks., * Good self-organization and responsibility.
Your workflow will look like this: * Profile Development — Regularly optimize company profiles to build trust and increase response rates., * Research — Search for potential leads using LinkedIn and sales tools., * List Building — Create targeted lists of prospects based on criteria., * Campaign Setup — Organize outreach sequences using automation tools., * Outreach — Send personalized messages to prospects on LinkedIn., * Follow-ups — Engage in conversations and keep communication consistent., * Qualification — Evaluate if the prospect fits our services., * Handover — Pass qualified leads to the sales team., * Reporting & Optimization — Track results and suggest improvements.
