Your responsibilities:
* Management & Financial Reporting: Own the preparation of monthly financial statements (P&L, BS, CF) and management reports, and take part in monthly financial reviews with the leadership team.
* FP&A: Supporting monthly budget updates, conducting plan vs. actual analyses, and helping prepare annual budgets and financial models.
* Accounting & Audit Support: Organization of financial documentation, review of financial statements and tax declarations, coordination with external accountants, and support during audit processes.
* Payroll & Compensation: Support in payroll processing, and ensuring up-to-date and accurate compensation-related data across systems
* Treasury: Managing client and vendor payments, reconciling invoices, communicating with bank representatives, and supporting treasury-related audits and compliance checks.
* PSP & Merchant Operations: Monitoring of chargebacks and fraud, fee and commission analysis, and refund reporting.
* Legal & Admin Support: Drafting and reviewing financial sections of contracts, and preparing documentation for board meetings, preparing and reviewing contracts.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with various internal teams to provide insights and data for decision-making processes.
Your skills:
* 3+ years of experience in finance or audit at one of the Big Four Firms
* Confident with numbers and tools: Excel/Google Sheets is your comfort zone; budgeting systems don’t scare you
* Solid understanding of financial reporting, management accounting, and budgeting processes
* Experience working with auditors, tax filings, and compliance checks
* Attention to detail and high standards of data accuracy and integrity
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Ability to communicate clearly with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
How we get things done?
Remote-first, but we have offices in Ukraine (Kyiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia) and in Poland (Warsaw), so you can mix and match if you prefer. Ideally, you should be in the CET or EET time zone.
