What We’re Looking For: * 3+ years of experience as a Sales/Business Development Manager or Account Executive in IT outsourcing/B2B services * Proven track record of working with metrics and data to drive decisions * Hands-on experience in sales with a focus on client experience * Experience communicating and closing deals with C-level stakeholders * Strong lead generation skills and analytical thinking * Solid background in account development * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * High emotional intelligence and team orientation * Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and outsourcing models * General knowledge of web development * Good grasp of Sales and Marketing funnels * Advanced English
Your Responsibilities: * Lead and support a team of Sales Managers working with the EU and UK markets * Regular business trips and in-person meetings with clients and partners * Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to closing the deal * Collaborate closely with the Delivery team (PMs, BAs, Designers, Devs, QA) to prepare tailored responses to client requests * Create and present commercial proposals * Work closely with the LeadGen and Marketing teams to analyze and explore new markets (by geography and industry) * Leverage CRM data to forecast and track pipeline performance * Contribute to the development of Sales plans, objectives, and performance metrics * Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly syncs with the Sales Team * Actively search for new opportunities and sales channels * Develop and implement strategies to achieve company sales goals * Lead by example: set OKRs, drive planning sessions, host regular reviews, and run learning initiatives
Will be a plus: * Experience in Healthcare and/or FinTech domains * Experience leading a Sales team
