As a Flutter Developer for Wio Securities, you will play a key role in building and enhancing the user-facing aspects of our investment platform. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to create seamless and intuitive front-end experiences for our users. What you’ll be responsible for: * Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, responsive, and scalable front-end solutions for the Wio Securities platform using Flutter. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define technical requirements and deliver user-centric features. * Ensure a seamless and consistent user experience across multiple devices and platforms. * Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards. * Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends in front-end development, particularly within the Flutter ecosystem, to continuously improve the Wio Securities platform. * Optimize front-end performance to ensure fast load times and a smooth user experience. * Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues, ensuring the highest standards of quality, security, and performance. * Contribute to the overall technical vision and help influence architectural decisions related to the front-end framework and technology stack. * Collaborate in an agile environment, providing input on sprint planning and ensuring timely delivery of features. * Continuously improve the team’s practices, mentoring junior developers and fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
What are we looking for? * 6+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience with Flutter. * Strong proficiency in Dart and the Flutter framework for building high-quality cross-platform applications. * Strong product background with a demonstrated ability to think strategically and contribute to product development beyond coding. * Knowledge of integrating mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services. * Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines. * Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail to create polished, user-friendly interfaces. * Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a cross-functional team. * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deploying applications to app stores. * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
