Requirements:
— 5+ years of experience in corporate L&D, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or senior specialist role. — Proven track record in building and implementing impactful learning programs in fast-paced or tech-driven environments. — Strong background in instructional design (ADDIE, SAM, or similar frameworks). — Solid understanding of adult learning theory, capability models, and development journeys. — Experience managing and optimizing LMS platforms and e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.). — Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. — Strong analytical mindset: able to derive insights from feedback and learning data. — English (C1), both written and spoken.
Responsibilities:
L&D Function Leadership & Strategy:
— Take full ownership of the learning and development function across the company. — Lead the L&D team and ensure operational excellence across all learning directions. — Build and execute a long-term L&D strategy aligned with company goals, including upskilling, reskilling, leadership development, and internal career mobility. — Act as a strategic partner to business leaders to proactively identify learning needs and build development solutions that support organizational growth.
Program & Content Development:
— Oversee the design and launch of training programs across multiple formats (instructor-led, e-learning, blended). — Ensure programs are scalable, tailored to business needs, and grounded in adult learning principles. — Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, performance data, and learning analytics.
Team Management & Collaboration:
— Lead, mentor, and support the growth of L&D team members. — Foster cross-functional collaboration with HRBPs, Talent, and business units to ensure L&D initiatives are integrated into the employee lifecycle.
Learning Operations & Technology:
— Oversee the use of the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure alignment with learning goals. — Stay up to date with trends in learning tech (e.g., microlearning, virtual training, simulations) and implement innovative solutions where relevant.
Corporate Training Delivery:
— Lead in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring engagement and learning retention through interactive, experiential learning methods. — Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, performance metrics, and post-training assessments to drive continuous improvement.
Measurement & Business Impact:
— Establish and monitor clear learning KPIs (e.g., learning adoption, skill uplift, business outcomes). — Regularly report on the effectiveness and ROI of training programs to leadership. — Conduct skills gap analyses and use insights to prioritize learning efforts.
Culture of Learning & Change Enablement:
— Be a champion of a continuous learning culture across the company. — Align L&D initiatives with broader change management efforts and transformation agendas. — Promote the value of learning to all employees through storytelling, internal comms, and engagement initiatives.
