Requirements:
— English proficiency at business level (В2 or higner) — for calls, negotiations, and documentation.
— 3+ years of experience as PM / Delivery / Program Manager in tech or product companies.
— Basic crypto knowledge — blockchain, Web3, DeFi is a plus.
— Agile methodologies — Scrum, Kanban, SAFe + process adaptability.
— Excellent communication — bridging tech & business teams, managing expectations.
— Risk management — identification, assessment & mitigation.
— Full lifecycle management — from discovery to post-release support.
— Cross-functional coordination — development, product, design, marketing.
Responsibilities:
— Manage projects end-to-end — strategy ➝ execution.
— Define scopes of work & maintain backlogs.
— Build roadmaps, timelines & track execution.
— Work closely with product & engineering on project delivery.
— Motivate & coordinate distributed, cross-functional teams.
— Transparently communicate with stakeholders (status, risks, changes).
— Set up inter-team workflows & feature/component sync.
— Identify & eliminate organizational blockers.
— Participate in retrospectives & optimize PM processes.
Would be a plus:
— Experience in crypto/blockchain domain.
— Managed large-scale software projects.
— Familiarity with CI/CD & tech architecture.
— Experience with distributed/international teams.
