We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team and play a key role in driving our global expansion. Cooperation Format: Full-time, remote
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate closely with the lead generation team to identify and source new sales opportunities
* Conduct custom research and targeted outreach to relevant prospects
* Coordinate Email and LinkedIn campaigns, including A/B testing and performance tracking
* Create tailored outreach templates and messaging from scratch
* Analyze campaign results and prepare regular performance reports
* Manage active outreach via Sales Manager profiles
* Book qualified appointments for Sales Managers
* Support the Marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion
* Maintain and update lead databases in HubSpot
* Assist with live chat interactions on the company website
* Perform other tasks to support the sales cycle and business growth
Requirements
* Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and outsourcing models
* Proficiency in HubSpot, Reply.io (or similar outreach tools), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Helper, and Live Chat tools
* Proficiency with AI tools, experience in sales automation
* Advanced English (both written and spoken)
* 2 years’ experience in B2B sales or related roles is preferable
* Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
