We’re Gaxos Labs — a fast-growing company building and running B2C AI-powered tools across niches like Utilities, Entertainment, and Creativity. Our current projects include UnGPT.ai — an AI-humanizing tool for content creators, and Art-Gen.ai — an AI image generator that empowers users to create visuals from simple text prompts.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Google Ads Specialist to help scale our existing products and support new launches through high-performing, data-driven campaigns.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns to hit performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, etc.)
* Run A/B tests and develop hypotheses to improve ad performance
* Analyze campaign and product metrics (LTV, ARPPU, Churn) to guide decisions
* Manage budgets across Tier 1 markets
* Use tools like GA, Looker Studio, GTM, and Sheets for reporting and insights
Requirements:
* 2+ years running Google Ads campaigns (Meta Ads is a plus)
* Proven experience managing monthly budgets of $100k+ per product
* Must have hands-on experience with subscription-based products (minimum 1 year) with a performance/ROMI focus
* Experience driving user acquisition across Web → Web and Web → App funnels
* Demonstrated success in scaling search campaigns and working with Tier 1 GEOs
* Strong knowledge of key metrics: CPA, ROAS, ARPPU, LTV, churn, etc.
* Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (GA, Looker Studio, GTM, Sheets)
* Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability
