Role Overview We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Designer to join our Brand Studio team in Ukraine. This is a full-time, execution-focused role where you’ll work closely with our global creative team to produce top-quality design across brand identity systems, digital marketing, campaign collateral, and visual storytelling. This role is perfect for a hands-on designer who thrives in collaboration, enjoys working across multiple projects, and has strong communication skills in Upper-Intermediate+ English. You’ll contribute directly to the creative output but won’t be expected to manage strategy or operations — your focus will be on delivering polished, modern, and impactful design.
Core Responsibilities ● Produce high-quality design deliverables across brand, digital, and campaign touchpoints (logos, social assets, decks, one-pagers, ads, etc.). ● Translate creative briefs and feedback into clean, effective design solutions. ● Collaborate daily with brand strategists, copywriters, and project managers. ● Participate in internal reviews and occasional client calls to present work (English fluency required). ● Maintain and apply brand guidelines consistently across projects. ● Manage deadlines and deliverables using Asana and Slack. ● Stay current with design trends, typography, and digital best practices.
Focus Areas ● Brand Identity: Logo design, visual systems, style guides ● Digital Design: Website assets, paid ads, social graphics, email templates ● Campaign & Marketing Collateral: Decks, sales sheets, presentations, one-pagers
Collaboration You’ll work closely with: ● Senior Art Director (visual direction) ● Copywriters (concepting & messaging alignment) ● Project Managers (day-to-day coordination)
Tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana
Ideal Candidate Profile ● 3–6 years of professional experience in brand and digital design (agency or in-house). ● Strong portfolio showing clean, modern work across multiple mediums. ● Strong communication skills, with an Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher — must be comfortable presenting and explaining design decisions. ● Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Motion design/After Effects a plus. ● Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver consistently on deadlines. ● Collaborative and proactive mindset—comfortable working with global teams.
