Softcery is a small, focused team building AI-driven B2B software solutions. We work closely with clients in the US and UK to launch AI voice agents and develop custom B2B platforms. Most of our work involves advanced R&D and complex problem-solving.
We’re looking for a Project Manager / Product Lead who takes ownership of results, leads with clarity, and isn’t afraid to make tough calls. This is a hands-on, full-cycle delivery role where you’ll be responsible for turning ideas into shipped results — working closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and leadership.
What You’ll Do: * Manage the full lifecycle of B2B and AI projects — from discovery to delivery — in collaboration with distributed cross-functional teams. * Build productive, respectful relationships with clients. Set clear expectations, define boundaries, and protect the integrity of the project when needed. * Own planning and scope — manage risks, budgets, priorities, and stakeholders across the product lifecycle. * Conduct market and competitor analysis. Shape and validate product hypotheses that lead to real business outcomes. * Write and maintain documentation. Track metrics, report on progress, and help the team stay focused on value. * Support and grow your team — through thoughtful communication, coaching, and goal alignment.
What We’re Looking For: * 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Lead in software teams. * Proven track record in managing uncertainty and making difficult prioritization or scoping decisions. * Comfortable saying “no” to founders or clients when needed, and re-scoping projects under constraints. * You take ownership and don’t delegate responsibility — you own outcomes, not just tasks. * Ability to break product vision into actionable tasks, track priorities, and measure impact. * Excellent communication skills — can clearly explain complex things to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, SaaS products, and agile delivery models. * Fluent English (C1+) and Ukrainian.
Nice to Have: * Experience in AI, TravelTech, or E-Commerce domains. * Successfully launched a product from 0 to release. * Based in or near Lviv.
