Now, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help us expand internationally and bring our solutions to new markets. What you’ll do * Follow up on leads from exhibitions, meetings, and inbound requests * Support negotiations with clients, integrators, and partners * Research markets, competitors, and new opportunities * Explore grant programs and assist in preparing applications * Collect insights for pitches, presentations, and partner outreach * Build and sharpen your B2B communication skills at an international level
You’re a great fit if you * Have 1–2 years of experience in sales, partnerships, investment projects, analytics, or consulting * Speak English B2+ (and are confident pitching, negotiating, and writing in it) * Want to grow from assistant to initiator — taking on more responsibility and influence * Are open to business trips, networking, and public meetings * Are curious about MilTech / defense technologies * Know how to find solutions, not just close tasks
