We started as an outsourcing team, but later created our own products that are already changing the lives of thousands of users.
We are growing fast and are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to help us scale our product through strong creatives, bold ideas, and effective marketing campaigns.
Our product
AlpaCards — an English learning app in the format of flashcards. We combine effective learning methods, gamification, and integrated AI features to make the learning process engaging and efficient.
Your impact: * Analyze audience behavior and search for creative advertising ideas; * Conduct competitor research, monitor market trends and insights; * Generate creative concepts for performance marketing campaigns; * Brief and manage designers, ensuring high-quality deliverables; * Work with creative analytics in test campaigns: track metrics (CTR, CPC, CPI, ROAS), draw insights, and launch new iterations; * Research advertising, UX, and AI trends and apply them to campaigns; * Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams.About you: * 1+ year of experience in performance / digital / creative marketing; * Solid understanding of performance marketing principles (Meta Ads, TikTok); * Strong analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to work; * Interest in design, advertising, and AI tools; * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results.
