About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. You will work
closely with a project manager, clients, and a development team to analyze
requirements, define solutions, and ensure project success. This role involves
active participation in presales activities and delivering high-quality business
analysis for SaaS logistics-related solutions.
Responsibilities
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
* Collaborate with the Product Manager/Project Manager during presales activities or handle them independently.
* Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
* Work with a dev team to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
* Support product discovery and solution design, especially for SaaS platforms.
* Contribute to process improvements and best practices in business analysis.
Requirements
* 2+ years of proven commercial experience as an IT Business Analyst.
* Strong background in requirement gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder management.
* Hands-on experience with SaaS products is a huge advantage, especially within the logistics domain.
* Experience in presales activities (presale preparation, requirements scoping, solution presentations, client workshops).
* Apply consultative and solution-selling approaches — actively listening, uncovering real business pains, challenging assumptions, and framing requirements as value-driven solutions through clear storytelling.
* Fluent spoken and written English (B2+ or higher).
* Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
* Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Knowledge of UX/UI principles for requirements documentation.
* Familiarity with modern BA tools (Miro/Lucidchart/Figma, Jira/Worksection, Confluence/Notion)
