We’re looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing team and help us redefine the future of our Product! What you’ll be doing:
— Organization and management of all stages of project development(s);
— Decomposition and prioritization of tasks, preparation of technical tasks, implementation/work plan (roadmap);
— Analysis and implementation of improvements to team processes/metrics to increase their productivity and the quality of the increments they deliver;
— Interaction with customers and various stakeholders (receiving and processing requirements; building effective and transparent communication; taking into account the interests of all parties when making the final decision);
— Conducting business analysis of requirements, developing and selecting optimal solutions to specific business tasks;
— Identification of potential risks and development of strategies for their management;
— Solving problems that arise during the work and developing action plans to solve them.
Skills you’ll apply:
— 2+ years of experience as a PM / PM Coordinator in the IT field;
— Understanding of project management tools and processes;
— Experience in implementing projects from the initiation stage to their completion;
— Experience in assessing the scope of work of the project and its prioritization;
— Experience in managing requirements, risks, change requests;
— Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously;
— Understanding of different methodologies and life cycle of requirements, as well as software development;
— Experience in using Jira/Confluence (or other tracking tools for task management).
— Ability to think in a structured way, focus on details, analyze and communicate effectively;
— Ability to convey ideas verbally and in writing in a simple, transparent way that is understandable to developers.
Bonus points:
— Experience in the position of business analyst will be a plus.
