Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager who can become a trusted partner to our clients and help grow long-term relationships. The ideal candidate has business acumen, a solid understanding of technology, and knows how to build bridgesbetween clients and development teams. Your Responsibilities * Manage a portfolio of 7–10 active clients * Conduct regular check-ins with clients to discuss progress and plan ahead * Gather and analyze business needs, suggest tailored solutions * Collaborate with Project Managers and development teams to ensure high-quality delivery * Prepare commercial proposals and participate in negotiations * Identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell and expand cooperation * Manage expectations and handle escalations professionally * Prepare reports for clients and internal stakeholders * Support pre-sales activities for new projects with existing clients
Our ExpectationsMust-Have: * 1+ years of experience as an Account Manager in IT * Understanding of software development processes (SDLC, Agile/Scrum) * Experience working with B2B clients * Strong communication skills in Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate+) * Confidence in negotiations and solution presentations * Skills in conflict resolution and problem-solving * Experience working with CRM systems * Willingness to travel (up to 10% of the time)
Nice-to-Have: * Technical education or experience in technical roles * Experience working with clients from North America and Europe * Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master) * Experience with enterprise clients * Familiarity with contractual and legal documents
