We are looking for a User Acquisition Lead to head our Paid Social efforts, get hands-on with campaigns, automate processes, and build an effective testing and scaling system.

About you: * 2+ years managing large budgets on Tier-1 markets. * Expert in Meta Ads Manager and automation tools (Madgicx, Revealbot, SegmentStream). * Strong analytical mindset, data-driven decision making. * Experience with web-to-app subscription products. * Proficiency in Google Sheets, Tableau, Amplitude, or similar. * English B1+
Nice to have: * Experience with mobile subscription apps. * Performance creative work experience. * Knowledge of LTV, retention, payment analytics. * Interest in AI tools and digital automation.
What you’ll do: * Manage large Meta ad budgets ($500K+ per month), optimize campaigns for CPP/ROAS. * Test and scale creatives, geos, formats, and campaign strategies. * Collaborate with the creative team and automate key workflows. * Launch new paid channels (Google Ads, TikTok Ads) from zero to stable performance. * Hire, develop, and lead the User Acquisition team.
