We’re building a next-generation platform for U.S. residential construction — with a visually rich, complex UI that must stay concise, simple, and intuitive for users.
We are looking for a unique and talented Frontend Developer who can professionally handle both clean, lightweight site-like UIs, and unique, innovative, complex, application-level features (marketplace flows, data-heavy dashboards, project management tools).
Most important: frontend quality comes first — with integration and E2E testing (Playwright or similar tools) as one of the core parts of the job. What You’ll DoBuild Clean yet Powerful Interfaces * Create UI that is both visually concise and intuitive while supporting complex platform features * Deliver solutions across both marketing-style sites and complex application UIs * Own entire areas of frontend development, not just isolated tasks
Ensure Quality Through Testing * Testing is the #1 priority: write integration and E2E tests (we rely on Playwright, other tools also welcome) * Drive automation to guarantee stability for complex product flows * Ensure frontend quality at every step, from concept to production
Shape Product and Architecture * Understand and work through complex product features end-to-end * Proactively propose UI/UX improvements and technical optimizations (visual and architectural) * Collaborate directly with designers, backend developers, and founders
RequirementsMust-Have * 1.5–2+ years of commercial frontend development experience * Solid knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript and React * Strong hands-on experience with integration and E2E testing (Playwright or similar tools) * Ability to design both lightweight, simple UIs and complex application interfaces * Experience working independently and taking ownership of whole development areas * Motivation, persistence, and readiness to constantly take initiative
Stand-Out Qualities * Experience with visually rich or data-heavy UIs * Startup or fast-growing product background * Familiarity with CI/CD and frontend performance optimization * Contributions to open-source or developer communities
