We are now starting a new project and looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join our core team from the very beginning.
This is a chance to work with cutting-edge technologies, shape the architecture from scratch, and directly influence the success of a new product that aims to scale globally. What You’ll Do * Design and implement product architecture for high-load web applications. * Develop new features across frontend and backend, ensuring scalability and performance. * Integrate third-party services and APIs (including payment providers). * Optimize performance of both client- and server-side code. * Collaborate closely with product and design teams to shape product strategy. * Contribute to code quality, testing, and best practices.
Frontend: * React.js + Next.js (React Server Components, Concurrent Mode) * TypeScript * Redux / State Management
Requirements * 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack or Backend Engineer. * Strong expertise in Node.js & Nest.js/Express/Fastify for building APIs. * Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL (schema design, query optimization) and Redis. * Hands-on experience with React.js + Next.js (including RSC and Concurrent Mode). * Proficiency with TypeScript and state management (Redux or alternatives). * Understanding of microservices, Docker, and CI/CD workflows. * Ownership mindset, responsibility, and proactivity.
Nice to have: * Experience with AI-powered products. * Knowledge of scaling databases (replicas, partitioning, sharding). * E2E and integration testing experience. * Interest in product metrics and data-driven decision-making.
