Requirements: * 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer. * Advanced English — excellent writing, editing, and communication skills are critical. * Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools: Markdown / AsciiDoc, MS Word / Google Docs, Confluence / Notion / SharePoint / Gitbook. * Experience following terminology and style guides (e.g., Microsoft Manual of Style, AP Style). * Ability to create clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation for internal and external audiences. * Strong analytical and research skills to transform complex technical concepts into accessible content. * Attention to detail, ensuring clarity, consistency, and traceability across all materials. * Proactive mindset, ability to take ownership of documentation processes, and drive improvements. * Excellent communication skills and readiness for active collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities: * Create and maintain clear, structured, and user-friendly technical and product documentation. * Work closely with clients and internal teams to collect information, clarify requirements, and ensure documentation accuracy. * Translate complex technical details into simple and accessible content for different audiences (internal and external). * Ensure all written materials meet established standards for clarity, consistency, and style. * Keep documentation up to date, traceable, and aligned with project changes. * Proactively drive documentation processes, suggesting improvements, and maintaining high-quality standards.
