We are now looking for a Sales and Customer Experience Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the trusted partner for our users, guiding them through the platform, helping with listings and registrations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every stage. Requirements: * Fluent English communication skills (spoken & written). * Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented communicator. * Strong interpersonal skills with a professional phone manner. * Excellent organizational skills and accurate CRM record-keeping. * Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple inquiries. * Confident in handling objections and adjusting scripts mid-call. * Persistent yet always courteous in follow-ups.
Nice to Have * Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes. * Experience with CRM systems and structured workflows. * Background in outbound sales or lead activation. * Previous real estate, property management, or customer experience role. * Ability to work with multi-channel communication tools and adapt quickly to new tech.
What You’ll Be Doing * Assist sellers with creating listings (photos, details, pricing). * Provide sellers with updates on buyer engagement, feedback, and next steps. * Help buyers with registration, filters, troubleshooting, and pre-market education. * Support estate agents with onboarding, dashboard access, and payment queries. * Provide general technical support (e.g., password resets, form errors). * Conduct estate agent activation calls and encourage sign-up. * Follow up with agents on missing information or pending proposals. * Confirm appointments between sellers and agents. * Perform post-handoff check-ins and gather client feedback. * Re-engage high-intent buyers and escalate hot leads. * Conduct post-transaction CSAT surveys and request testimonials/referrals.
Additional Support Tasks * Assist with agent activation campaigns, CRM data cleanup, marketing activities, and research. * Engage with clients via social media and support content scheduling. * Log and resolve issues in CRM or escalate to the responsible team.
What We Offer Working hours: Monday — Friday, 8 AM — 5 PM UK time (1h break).

Probation period: 2 months.
