We are looking for a visually sharp and collaborative Graphic Designer to create and prepare graphic assets used across social content, AI generative tools, and internal creative processes. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives at the intersection of brand identity, visual experimentation, and creative enablement. Requirements: * Strong experience in graphic design for digital and social media platforms. * Proficient in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. * Understanding of visual preparation for AI workflows (e.g., input references for ChatGPT, Midjourney, Flux, Kling, Runway). * Ability to create visual guides, layout compositions, and inspiration boards. * Strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and platform-specific visual language. * Organized and collaborative, with experience working alongside editors, creators, and storytellers. * Bonus: experience in motion graphics, branding, or digital illustration.
Main Responsibilities: 1. Social Content Graphics * Deliver clean, high-quality designs on fast timelines. * Design visual assets used in short-form videos, carousels, thumbnails, and feed posts. * Create on-brand visual elements such as templates, overlays, infographics, or visual storytelling frames. * Customize content based on platform specs and tone (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts). * Balance creative experimentation with clear brand consistency.
2. AI Input Asset Design * Prepare graphics that serve as input or references for generative tools (image-to-image, mood transfers, prompt modifiers). * Develop clean visual layouts that guide consistency in AI output. * Collaborate with prompt engineers and editors to refine creative source assets.
3. Moodboards & Creative Ideation * Build moodboards and visual inspiration decks to support new campaigns, content series, or character development. * Present visual references, trend insights, and style options to fuel ideation. * Help translate abstract creative briefs into concrete visual directions. * Bring inspiration, curiosity, and trend awareness to every project.
4. Asset Management & Documentation * Maintain a well-organized asset library and design archive. * Label and version assets clearly for use across teams. * Share design best practices and file prep guidelines for creative teams. * Communicate clearly with both creative and technical teammates.
