We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer to take full ownership of the operational lifecycle — from logistics and inventory to strategic execution and team alignment. This is a key leadership role responsible for fulfillment operations, vendor relationships, cross-functional collaboration, and the company’s internal rhythm. ✅ Required Experience: * Proven track record as an Operations Director or Head of Operations in an E-commerce or DTC brand (required) * Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory systems, fulfillment scaling * Process-driven, proactive, and comfortable with high-impact decision-making
✅Key Responsibilities: * Ensure product and logistics compliance (labeling, packaging, storage, fulfillment standards) * Manage relationships with fulfillment providers and supply chain partners * Source and oversee labels, shipping materials, and custom packaging * Lead inventory forecasting, stock management, and timely reordering * Coordinate production timelines and delivery with the R&D team * Oversee physical product delivery and QA with internal and external teams * Provide high-quality customer support and service
Primary KPI: → Order Fulfillment Success Rate (% of orders shipped on time and error-free)
Supporting Metrics: * Inventory Turnover Rate * Number of Weekly Support Tickets * Average Support Ticket Response Time
✅Operations Leadership (Strategic Scope): * Execute the company’s vision and business plan through operational workflows * Lead, manage, and hold leadership team members accountable (LMA) * Ensure cross-functional alignment and remove organizational silos * Solve critical company-level challenges and eliminate execution blockers * Run EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System): scorecards, rocks, meetings * Define and implement SOPs and scalable internal structures
