We’re looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to help us connect with decision-makers, open new opportunities, and fuel Twincore’s sales pipeline.
What you’ll do: * Research and identify potential B2B clients across various markets * Reach out via LinkedIn, email, and calls to start conversations * Book qualified meetings for our sales team * Process databases from events, conferences, and exhibitions (sorting, filtering, follow-up) * Keep CRM up to date and report on progress * Collaborate with marketing on outreach campaigns
What we expect: * 1+ year in Lead Generation / SDR / Business Development * Strong written & verbal communication skills, German and English * Experience in working with event, conference, and exhibition attendee lists * Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and CRM systems * Experience in IT * Detail-oriented, self-organized, and result-driven
