We’re not looking for someone to “just chat with whales.” We’re looking for a VIP Manager who understands the economics and psychology of high-value players—and can turn relationships into measurable P&L impact.

Your responsibilities will include: * Own day-to-day relationships with VIP players (portfolio management; 1:1 via phone, messengers, email, in-app). * Build and run tiered VIP strategies: tailored offers (loss-back/cashback, high-limit FS, deposit/non-deposit promos, gifts, events). * Monitor dashboards daily and act on signals: VIP NGR, ARPPU, deposit frequency, session value, churn/reactivation. * Reactivate at-risk VIPs with multichannel outreach and clear save-motions/SLAs. * Partner with Payments to ensure fast payouts, higher limits, preferred methods; remove friction end-to-end. * Collaborate with Risk & Compliance (KYC/AML/SoF, Responsible Gaming); maintain auditable playbooks. * Work with Product/CRM on VIP journeys, on-site personalization, jackpots/quests/tournaments for VIP segments. * Report performance and forecast VIP revenue; justify comps/bonus spend with data.
What we expect from you: * 2–3+ years as a VIP Manager/Host in an online casino (no sportsbook required) with proven portfolio impact. * Strong grasp of casino economics & bonus mechanics; ability to defend comp/loss-back decisions with numbers. * Data-driven: confident in Excel/Sheets and BI (Looker/Power BI/Tableau or similar). * Hands-on with ESP/CRM stacks (Optimove, Smartico, Braze, Salesforce, Customer.io, etc.) and telephony/messengers. * Excellent English communication; additional Tier 1/2 market languages are a plus. * High discretion, relationship-building skills, flexibility for VIP hours (evenings/weekends) and occasional travel.
