We are looking for a Marketing Manager to execute marketing activities across international markets in line with the company’s strategy.
Key Responsibilities * Coordinate awareness and lead generation campaigns * Manage freelancers (designers, copywriters, media buyers) * Localize content and marketing assets for specific markets * Track campaign performance and continuously optimize based on insights * Support the sales team with marketing materials and funnel development * Ensure close collaboration across product, content, and sales teams
Requirements
Education & Experience: * Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, or related field * 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience
Must-Have Skills: * Understanding of go-to-market strategy and execution * Experience working with cross-functional teams and freelancers
Tools: * Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager * CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) * Analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker) * Project/task management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion)
Soft Skills: * Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills * Strategic thinking + hands-on mentality * Ability to manage multiple projects at once * Detail-oriented and results-driven * Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments * Proactive and resourceful personality
Nice to Have * Experience launching products in international markets * Knowledge of MarTech, AdTech, or analytics tools * Proficiency in additional European languages
