Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to expand our client base globally * Lead and mentor the sales team, setting KPIs and ensuring targets are met * Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives * Oversee the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure * Identify and implement new client acquisition channels and innovative growth strategies * Collaborate closely with the delivery, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless pre-sales and project onboarding * Analyze market trends and competitors to adjust strategies for maximum efficiency
Requirements * 4+ years of proven success in B2B sales of IT services, with at least 1 year in a leadership or senior sales role * Strong background in IT outsourcing and outstaffing services * Ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team * Solid experience in strategic account management and complex deal negotiations * Strong network of potential clients and partners in the IT industry * Excellent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
