What you’ll do: * Design compelling marketing creatives for our educational products: Nibble and Skillsta. * Analyze performance metrics and come up with ideas to improve results. * Participate in creative brainstorming and propose new ideas. * Collaborate closely with creative marketers. * Track design trends and analyze competitors for inspiration and insight.
What you need to join us: * 1+ year of experience in motion design and a portfolio that shows your best work. * Strong skills in After Effects, Figma, and Adobe Illustrator. * Solid grasp of animation principles, timing, and composition. * Experience with video editing and basic sound design. * Some experience with AI tools and openness to explore more. * Attention to detail and the ability to find quick solutions in animation * A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
Nice-to-haves: * Basic skills in graphic design. * Basic understanding of character animation. * Ability to think in terms of creative performance: testing, hypotheses, and efficiency.
