What experience is important:
* At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Project Manager in iGaming;
* Practical experience working with online casinos and understanding of the specifics of the industry;
* Experience managing projects with multiple dependencies and contractors;
* Risk and resource management skills, experience working with ClickUp / Jira systems;
Will be a plus:
* Experience working with SEA markets;
* Experience launching and managing projects from scratch;
* Skills in coordinating cross-functional teams and external contractors;
* Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies;
* English language — Intermediate+
What you will do:
* Organizing and supporting the workflow of tasks in ClickUp: creating tickets, monitoring their execution and relevance related to product launch, implementation of new features, and refinement of current functionality;
* Monitoring ticket priority based on business requirements;
* Managing the project backlog in ClickUp, monitoring the implementation of the roadmap in all areas, regularly monitoring progress and compliance with release deadlines;
* Holding regular meetings (daily/weekly) to synchronize departments, identify key needs, and inform stakeholders about statuses;
* Preparing transparent reports on the current status of tasks, risks, and problem areas, ensuring high-quality communication both within the team and with external project participants;
* Constant KPI analysis: tracking key performance metrics, comparing them with company goals, and forming proposals for process optimization.
