About the Project: We are collaborating with a leading Scandinavian telecommunications company on an exciting long-term initiative. The role focuses on enhancing and integrating ServiceNow solutions within a complex telco environment, enabling efficient order management and seamless system connectivity.
Key Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform * Build and optimize REST API integrations with external systems * Support order management workflows and related modules * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions * Ensure stability, scalability, and performance of ServiceNow implementations * Troubleshoot, test, and document new and existing features * Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices within the development team
Requirements: * Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer (mid/senior level) * Strong expertise with REST API integrations * Hands-on experience in customizing and extending ServiceNow modules * Based in EU only (must) * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a distributed, multicultural team * Fluent in spoken and written English (at least Upper-Intermediate level)
Nice to Have: * Experience with Order Management in ServiceNow * Knowledge of OpenReach integration * Background in telecom-related projects
