We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and turn complexity into clarity. You’ll be the one connecting business goals with technical execution, shaping features that truly solve user problems.
Responsibilities
Own requirements gathering — from stakeholder interviews to polished user stories
Translate business needs into clear specs, workflows, and diagrams
Set up and improve BA processes from scratch, making chaos look like structure
Maintain and prioritize product backlog in collaboration with PMs and devs
Facilitate sprint planning and ensure requirements are understood before coding starts
Support change management — adapt docs and processes as scope evolves
Validate features against business needs and provide UAT support
Collaborate with distributed teams (5–8 people) across multiple domains
Required Skills
✅ 5+ years of hands-on BA experience in software development projects
✅ Proven record of building BA processes from zero to working pipelines
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
✅ Solid knowledge of SDLC and integration principles
✅ Skilled in process & data modeling (BPMN, UML, ERD, C4, flowcharts)
✅ Confident with prototyping tools (Figma, Zeplin, Balsamiq)
✅ Strong technical writing skills (SRS, functional specs, user guides)
✅ Background in SaaS, CRM/ERP, e-commerce, or government system integrations
✅ Experience working in outsourcing IT companies — managing requirements and aligning stakeholders across multiple projects and clients
Nice-to-Haves
➕ Experience balancing multiple roles (BA, PM, partial QA) in projects
➕ Background in product management & data analysis
➕ Familiarity with IT infrastructure basics
➕ Startup or agile team experience
