We are looking for a detail-oriented and structured Technical Writer/Junior BA to join our Platform Product Office. You will work alongside BAs, PMs, and developers to ensure that business and technical documentation is up to date, comprehensive, and easy to understand. This role is an extension of our current technical writing capacity and will focus on maintaining and scaling internal knowledge, improving developer/operator onboarding, and supporting product communication via structured documentation and release notes.
Requirements
1+ years of experience as a Technical Writer or similar documentation-focused role Strong command of written English with attention to structure, clarity, and grammar Experience documenting B2B platforms, SaaS products, or complex systems Ability to understand product flows, configurations, and technical behavior from specs or walkthroughs Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and ideally tools like Figma, Swagger, or Markdown Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, agile environment
Responsibilities
Documentation Maintenance Own and maintain core business and system documentation, including product specs, business rules, workflows, and platform overviews Ensure documentation across Confluence and other knowledge bases remains accurate, well-structured, and consistently updated Collaborate with BAs and PMs to reflect changes driven by new features or refactoring
Release Notes & Communication Contribute to the creation of clear and user-friendly release notes for internal teams and B2B operators Work closely with product and engineering teams to gather feature highlights and behavior changes Help establish a consistent release note format and cadence
Information Architecture & Templates Standardize documentation templates across the platform (e.g., feature specs, API guides, onboarding manuals) Organize and refactor content to improve usability and findability Proactively identify gaps and suggest new documentation or updates
Cross-Team Collaboration Collaborate with developers, QAs, BAs, designers, and support to ensure accurate and complete documentation Support onboarding efforts by preparing clear and helpful internal guides Align with the existing Tech Writer on ownership areas, tone of voice, and documentation standards
Would be a plus
Experience writing for gambling, fintech, or developer-facing platforms Understanding of product lifecycle and release processes Ability to read and document REST APIs or low-code/no-code systems
