Requirements 3+ years in HR Manager role Deep understanding of the key HR processes and procedures Upper-intermediate level of English or higher (B2+) Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Initiative and responsibility Ability to analyze and interpret data, make decisions and solve problems Experience in the IT industry is a plus, but not a must
Responsibilities Provide full cycle of HR service to the teams, including onboarding, 1:1 meetings, support employees’ career growth, etc. Keep the relevant HR databases with employee’s records Participate in a performance review cycle Develop and maintain strong working relationships and partnership with employee Regular monitoring of employee satisfaction and involvement Create risk assessment for each employee and proactively identify departure risks and contingency options Take part in internal activities aimed at corporate culture development Be involved in company’s HR Brand building Collaborate with and support international employees
