We’re setting new trends in Igaming and expanding our reach. Join us as a Partnership Manager to develop strategic collaborations and take our growth to the next level.
DUTIES:
* Maintain and develop existing partnerships starting from going live, and from certain stages of integration where additional adjustments are required from the business side.
* Build and strengthen relationships with partners, maintain warm and friendly communication.
* Cooperate with the teammates of all the departments to meet partners’ requests and goals of the company. Collaborate, assist, and help the team to solve complicated cases and misunderstandings in a diplomatic, respective, and optimistic manner.
* Communicate with clients through phone, Skype, email, and other online apps, make in-person meetings.
* Make the analysis and reports on the scope of work and its results.
* Update and maintain partner’s data in system apps and internal documents.
* Plan and execute partnership development following the goals, vision, values, and strategy of the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Have experience in business development, sales, customer success, service management, or partnership management across various industries (experience related to iGaming is a bonus).
* English level — B2.
* Ability to analyze available opportunities, and to create opportunities with all available means.
* Ability to distinguish when quick action is needed and when it’s better to calmly analyze the situation and make a consolidated decision with management.
* Skilled at identifying the most optimal approach during negotiations — both in short-term and long-term perspectives.
* Confident PC user with an intuitive understanding of how to work with different types of software.
