We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team!
Required professional experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar position; English (upper intermediate+ level) Ability to analyze large volumes of data; Stress resistance, systematic approach, and a strong focus on results. Experience in business communication: email correspondence, calls; Experience in resolving non-standard client issues; Skills in working with CRM and ticketing systems.
Key responsibilities: Support and assistance in resolving merchants’ issues; Sales of payment solutions; Monitoring conversion rates and merchant volumes; Integration of payment systems; Task setting and communication with various departments.
Will be an advantage: Experience working with payment systems; Experience working with Kibana, Tableau, Jira.
