We are looking for a talented and motivated Recruiter to join our team and be responsible for the full recruitment cycle in the IT sphere. If you have a passion for finding top talent, understand the specifics of the IT market, and have excellent communication skills, we look forward to receiving your resume!
Required Skills:
— 1,5+ years experience in IT recruitment;
— Understanding of the IT industry, technologies, and roles;
— Experience in conducting different types of interviews;
— Experience in pre-screening, interviewing, and interview feedbacks drawing up;
— Experience in using different searching tools;
— Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team;
— Excellent communication and networking skills;
— English Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher is a must.
Responsibilities:
— Providing full cycle of recruitment.
— Timely updating and maintaining the relevance of the candidate database.
— Selecting the most effective search channels and candidate selection methods for each vacancy.
— Organizing and conducting interviews with candidates at various stages of the selection process.
— Actively participating in team activities and contributing to a positive work environment.
