Core Skills: * At least 1 year of experience in IT support (L1/L2); * Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS; * Experience working with corporate services: VPN, Google Workspace; * Skills in diagnosing and resolving workstation issues (hardware, software, networks); * Experience with Service Desk systems (experience with YouTrack is a plus); * Ability to resolve L1 incidents and perform deeper diagnostics (L2); * Understanding of employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Additional Skills: * Experience working with BYOD (support for employees’ personal devices); * Skills in supporting remote employees (remote diagnostics and assistance); * Basic knowledge of networking technologies (TCP/IP, VPN); * Experience with Access Management (creating, deleting, and modifying user accounts).
