About the Role: We’re looking for a Business Development Manager — someone who can build trust, guide potential clients through our sales funnel, and help them make confident decisions to work with us. This is a full-cycle sales role: from the first message to discovery calls, handling objections, signing the deal, and follow-up support. Responsibilities: * Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, needs discovery, pitch, negotiation, closing, after-sales communication. * Conduct discovery calls and value-based dialogues with potential clients. * Keep CRM data clean and updated, monitor key sales metrics. * Analyze sales funnel performance and suggest improvements. * Collaborate with the marketing team on lead quality and feedback. * Implement lead scoring and client qualification processes.
Requirements: * Readiness to reach out daily: write to prospects, make cold calls/voice/video intros, and secure conversations. * Ability to keep a conversation structured: moderate the dialogue, ask deep questions, and lock in next steps. * Communication, initiative, and stamina in day-to-day routine (message/call cadence, follow-ups). * Languages: Ukrainian — fluent; English — B1+ (for calls and email). * Tools: Google Sheets, Zoom/Meet, messengers; openness to AI tools.
Nice to have: * Direct sales experience (full or partial cycle) in EdTech/consulting/marketing/content production. * Knowledge of basic sales techniques (SPIN, BANT, Feel—Felt—Found) and handling objections. * Performance indicators (closed deals, stage conversions, meetings per week). * English B2+.
