We’re looking for a Lead PR & Community Manager who is ready to take ownership, shape narratives, and spark meaningful connections across our existing and new markets.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to Lead our PR and Сommunity strategy end-to-end, build a powerful presence in Ukraine, Poland, Romania and beyond, and turn bold ideas into impact.
Your Impact Areas
* B2C leadership — Drive a PR and Community vision that makes our brand impossible to ignore in every market we enter.
* Media mastery — Build a network of top-tier journalists, pitch stories that stick, and secure consistent, high-value coverage.
* Events with edge — Create, plan, and deliver B2C events and community activations people will talk about — and remember.
* B2B event execution — Partner with our B2B team to transform selected events into flawlessly executed experiences.
* Brand-to-brand magic — Lead collaborations that bring our brand to life alongside other industry leaders.
* Employer brand excellence — Elevate our employer brand through targeted communications, industry visibility, and authentic storytelling.
* Trendspotting — Anticipate and harness emerging PR, event, and brand marketing trends before they hit the mainstream.
Your Superpower Stack
* 3+ years in PR, communications, event management, or brand marketing and the portfolio to prove it.
* Proven ability to work with media and secure coverage that moves the needle.
* Experience creating and executing events, community activations, and conference presences (including booth management).
* Strong track record in brand marketing and high-impact collaborations.
* Skilled at working with media platforms and building meaningful partnership programs.
* International market experience (Poland, Ukraine, Romania; other markets are a plus).
* English — at least Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher — persuasive, confident, and ready to own the conversation.
* Visionary mindset with the execution skills to make it real.
