We are looking for a Middle HR Generalist to join our team and help shape a strong and people-centered culture in the company.

How many stages of the interview are there?
— Interview with the Recruiter — up to 30 min.;
— Interview with Senior HR Manager — 1 hour;
— Call with COO (optional) — 30 min.
Requirements: * At least 2 years of experience in an HR role in IT field; * Hands-on experience with onboarding and offboarding processes; * Good understanding of employee lifecycle and HR best practices; * Experience in organizing team events or company activities is a plus; * Strong communication and people skills; * Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks at once; * English level: at least Upper-Intermediate (B2).
Responsibilities: * Leading onboarding and onboarding sessions; * Conducting PE/KE (Performance & Knowledge Evaluations) for employees; * Organizing internal technical talks and coordinating L&D activities with external experts; * Supporting the planning and organization of team buildings and company events; * Conducting exit interviews; * Managing the employee lifecycle processes within the company; * Making sure every employee has a clear, positive, and well-organized experience while working with us.
