We are building a customer support team for our new project and are looking for a Customer Support Representative who is confident in both spoken and written Italian (B2 or higher).
You’re our ideal candidate if you: * Are fluent in Italian (B2/C1 level); * Have strong communication skills and are eager to learn, grow, and quickly grasp new information; * Have previous experience in customer support (a plus, but not required).
What you’ll do: * Assist passengers with booking airline tickets (changes to bookings, cancellations) Inbound calls and written communication; * Advise customers on airline services; * Resolve issues related to flight cancellations and delays.
