Brights is looking for a Talent Sourcer with an understanding of the software development market!
Key Responsibilities: • Source relevant candidates using various job search platforms(LinkedIn, Djinni, Dou); • Headhunt leading experts; • Screen CVs and select the most relevant candidates; • Keep track of sourcing metrics; • Conduct market analysis; • Cooperate with a recruiter, HR, and hiring managers to understand talent needs.
Requirements: • 1+ year experience in a Sourcer position in the IT field; • Experience sourcing candidates for both technical and non-technical positions; • Proficiency in using Djinni/LinkedIn for candidate sourcing; • Ability to work with various job-search platforms; • Intermediate written and spoken English (B1 level or above); • Excellent communication and time-management skills; • Being result-driven and flexible;
Would be a plus: • Headhunting experience.
