Responsibilities: * Build solutions that require analyzing client business problems and developing models to help solve them. * Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company/client data to drive business solutions * Gather data and requirements; scope solution and architecture, conduct research and prototype innovations; * Developing, training, tuning, and optimizing ML/AI models and algorithms * Perform statistical analysis of results and refine models * Develop data-driven analysis using statistical & analytics methodologies to solve business problems. * Collaborate and coordinate with different functional teams (engineering and product development) to implement models and monitor outcomes * Collaborate and coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
Required qualification: * 2-3+ years of relevant experience in data science * Proficiency in Python and SQL * Hands-on experience of working on an end-to-end data science pipeline: problem scoping, data gathering, EDA, modelling, insights, visualizations, monitoring, and maintenance. * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of machine learning, probability theory, statistics, and algorithms * Experience in various machine learning algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, and others. * Experience with cloud technologies (GCP/Azure) * Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills * Upper-intermediate English (both verbal and written) * Knowledge of at least one of the domains (CPG, Telecom, E-commerce, etc.) would be a plus.
