Stay Group is an innovative Marketing company with a mission to help businesses acquire their target customers and create top-tier solutions in the iGaming and entertainment industry. We are currently seeking our ideal Creative Team Lead to join our team and help us achieve better results together.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in a similar leadership role (Team Lead, Creative Lead, or similar).
* Strong background in content creation, copywriting, and/or design.
* Solid understanding of iGaming, entertainment, or product-focused industries.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Strong organizational and project management abilities.
* Ability to provide constructive feedback and set clear creative direction.
* Fluent English (both written and spoken).
Nice to Have:
* Experience in iGaming or other highly competitive digital industries.
* Knowledge of UX/UI principles and product design.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows.
Responsibilities:
* Develop content guidelines and ensure alignment with business goals.
* Oversee content creation and localization.
* Creation and approval of the promotions and bonuses content plan.
* Lead and mentor a team of content managers and designers.
* Optimize workflows for efficiency and quality.
* Ensure seamless collaboration between content, design, product, and marketing teams.
* Drive creative concepts and new product development, including domains and branding.
* Oversee visual assets, UI/UX elements, and branding materials.
* Market and competitor analysis, tracking market trends.
* Development of corporate websites.
* Participation in the preparation of conferences and corporate events.
