Your Responsibilities * Lead the full-cycle recruitment process: from writing engaging job descriptions to successful hires. * Partner with hiring managers to define clear requirements and expectations. * Create and publish job postings that stand out. * Source developers and non-technical IT professionals (from Junior to Senior) using multiple tools and platforms. * Manage pipelines effectively through ATS systems. * Conduct interviews and deliver open, constructive feedback. * Build long-term relationships with candidates and maintain a strong talent pool. * Recruit across both Ukrainian, European and Middle East markets.
What We’re Looking For * 2.5+ years of recruitment experience (preferably in IT). * Strong skills in sourcing across different platforms and tools. * English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher. * Ability to stay calm under pressure and work effectively in uncertain conditions. * Proactive, solution-oriented, and always ready to take initiative. * Excellent communication skills and ability to give open feedback.
