We’re looking for a proactive and driven Sales Manager to join our team and help us grow our client base. You’ll primarily engage with leads, guiding them through our application process and turning interest into closed deals. Key Responsibilities * Present our product or our projects to potential clients via chat, video calls, direct calls, personal meetings. * Identifying and clarifying clients needs to recommend the best solutions. * Follow up with leads and guide them through the decision-making process. * Prepare and send tailored commercial offers. * Keep CRM up to date with all client interactions and deal stages. * Prepare regular reports on sales performance and lead status. * To be bale to work with cold leads through different sales tools * Focus on working with a hot lead base as well and closing deals efficiently.
Requirements * At least 1 year of sales experience (preferably in SaaS or IT-related products) * Experience working with CRM systems * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B1—B2) * Comfortable conducting communication via chat, direct calls, and video calls * Self-motivated and target-driven with a customer-first mindset
