About the Role We’re looking for a proactive HR Manager to strengthen and optimize our people processes, support managers as a trusted partner, and help employees grow and stay engaged. In this role, you’ll shape a smooth employee experience across the full journey — from onboarding to development — while fostering our culture and ensuring alignment with company values. ✅ What We’re Looking For * At least 2 years of experience as an HR professional with a strong focus on managing the employee lifecycle. * Familiarity with HRIS. * English B1+. * Experience in HR analytics. * Knowledge of HR best practices and employee engagement techniques.
What You’ll Do * Drive and optimize core HR processes, including adaptation, onboarding/offboarding, performance assessment, employee development, and motivation * Act as a trusted partner to managers: provide support, facilitate discussions, and influence decision-making. * Build effective communication with employees and team leads; resolve conflicts and find balanced solutions during regular 1:1. * Maintain and promote corporate culture, ensuring alignment with company values. * Design, implement, and support employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with the HR team, based on data insights and with a focus on measurable outcomes. * Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
