Your Role: As a Junior Recruiter at Entravel, you will be a key part of our journey! You’ll help us find and hire amazing talent who share our vision for the future of travel. You will: * Source candidates for a variety of positions at Entravel. * Post job ads and search for top talent on different platforms. * Conduct first-round interviews and assess candidates. * Collaborate with department leaders to understand the needs for each role. * Keep candidates updated and engaged throughout the hiring process. * Help make our recruitment process even better and more efficient. * Support HR processes such as preboarding, onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
What We’re Looking For: * At least 6 months of experience in recruitment or HR. * A solid understanding of recruitment and basic HR processes. * Good communication skills and a proactive attitude. * Organized, responsible, and ready to learn.
