We’re opening the position of a Technical Project Manager to the new team of our Customer aimed at developing AI-based SaaS solutions that help companies optimize their businesses. These solutions include business planning & execution, process automation, and optimization. The Customer’s platform leverages industry-leading ML and AI for better predictions and prevention of disruptions across businesses. Responsibilities: * Own scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk for digital products * Elicit and document clear, testable business and system requirements (BRD, user stories, acceptance criteria) * Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to define current and target state processes (As-Is / To-Be) * Collaborate with team to ensure functional specs are understood and feasible * Manage the product backlog and ensure continuous grooming and prioritization * Keep the team and business stakeholders aligned through roadmaps, demos, and data-driven status reports * Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and foster high CSAT * Lead staffing, onboarding, performance and salary reviews, and foster high eSAT * Tailor and scale Scrum or Kanban processes * Facilitate ceremonies, improve team velocity, and drive transparency with KPI dashboards (velocity, burndown, defect rate) * Conduct impact analyses and proactively manage technical, financial, and resource-related risks across multiple streams * Forecast and track budget, margin, and delivery health * Deliver C-level reports with insights on progress, blockers, and strategic alignment
Requirements: * 3+ years in software project management * Experience in a technical position such as a Developer or a Test Engineer * Skills in business analysis * Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and requirements lifecycle * Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into functional product increments * Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, or similar ones * Ability to manage project budget, scope, and delivery performance * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills * English level — Upper-Intermediate (both written and spoken)
