We are looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead to drive advanced SEO strategies for global tech companies. In this role, you will combine hands-on SEO expertise with leadership responsibilities, guiding a team of specialists to deliver measurable organic growth. You will leverage cutting-edge practices, including AI Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI-powered SEO tools, to ensure clients stay ahead of competitors in fast-evolving digital markets. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management * Manage, mentor, and grow a team of SEO specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. * Set clear goals, KPIs, and development plans for the SEO team. * Proactively plan hiring needs and skill development to match evolving service demand. * Ensure smooth collaboration with other departments (Customer Success, MarTech, Creative, PPC).
Hands-On SEO & Strategy * Review and analyze client websites to identify areas for optimization, revision, or removal. * Prepare detailed SEO audits, growth strategies, and organic traffic forecasts. * Conduct advanced keyword research across B2B funnels and identify the most impactful opportunities. * Perform competitor analyses, translating successful tactics into actionable recommendations. * Develop effective link-building strategies and assign tasks to link builders. * Provide technical SEO support and create briefs for blog posts, landing pages, and content optimization. * Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates, AEO trends, and AI-driven SEO innovations.
Analytics & Reporting * Build and maintain a clear KPI control panel for campaign monitoring. * Produce and present monthly and quarterly reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. * Translate complex data into actionable, client-friendly recommendations.
AI & Innovation * Leverage AI-powered tools to optimize SEO content strategies, improve efficiency, and boost performance. * Incorporate AEO (AI Engine Optimization) into client strategies, ensuring future-proof positioning in search landscapes. * Test and evaluate emerging AI-driven technologies for SEO to maintain the agency’s competitive edge.
Must-Have Requirements: * 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or senior role. * Proven success managing SEO for B2B tech clients in US/EU markets. * Expertise in AEO (AI Engine Optimization) and use of AI-powered SEO tools. * Deep knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other core SEO tools. * Solid understanding of link-building strategies, technical SEO, and on-page optimization. * Experience in managing and mentoring SEO specialists or cross-functional teams. * Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to forecast results and present insights clearly. * Upper-Intermediate English or higher (for effective client and team communication).
Nice to Have Requirements: * Experience with HubSpot or other MarTech/CRM platforms. * Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and its integration with SEO strategies. * Knowledge of AI content generation, NLP, or automation frameworks for SEO. * Prior experience working with startups or scale-ups in deep tech (AI, cybersecurity, SaaS, IoT). * SEO certifications (Google Analytics, HubSpot SEO, SEMrush, etc.). * Strong presentation and consulting skills with executive-level stakeholders.
